How does DeLonghi heater work?
DeLonghi heaters use two heating elements to warm a room. The heater will turn on and off depending on the temperature of the room and the thermostat setting. When the room temperature reaches the thermostat setting, the heating elements will turn off automatically.
Why does my DeLonghi heater smell?
The oil in these heaters should be completely encased within the unit. You shouldn’t be able to smell the oil at all. However, it’s possible that tiny droplets of oil were splashed on the unit during manufacture. This can give you a slight smell of burning oil when you first turn on the heater.
Do you have to refill oil heaters?
